Softball: We have all details provided for the softball team
Garbage pails: Pat will order new 27” lids for the 6 cans we already have. We will also order trash can liners from Uline which is cheaper than buying contractor bags from Tractor Supply, etc. . All board members in attendance approved the order.
Recycle pails: order 3 pails for the beach and ball field – on hold for now
Cutrine: Pat got copied on an email from Solitude that was asking Rich about the status of the contract with Solitude
Carp Approval and grant: pending with the town – Marguerite and Pat will talk to Rich Williams
Tree removal: recruiting for April 2nd – drop them then have them cut up and taken away
Boat house security: Pending with the town. Need a new lock on the garage door.
Lawn mowing bid: All beaches should be in one bid together, but separated from the ballfield mowing..
Sand: Pending – we will send out a bid soon
Weed removal from the lake: we need volunteers – if we can’t get them then we will need to hire a contractor to clear weeds
Backstop and Dugout Fencing: Pat has a RFQ ready to go out
Guardrail on Fairfield Drive: Needs to be extended
Ballfield drainage : Culvert to the ball field needs to be looked at by the County/Town to divert the water off of the park property.
Wings over water: They are eager to work with us. Marguerite will meet with them to discuss a discount for Putnam Lake residents.
Communication: We need to find out what’s holding up the town’s approval of the electronic signboard and get this moving. The website is updated regularly. The newsletter is in the process of being finalized.
Press notices: Notices are going into the Putnam Times; Channel 8 and the market glass case

Boat Auction: Pat will prepare a notice for the Town Clerk for auctioning the boats at the ball field during the tag sale on May 7th at noon.
