Minutes: Oct 1st – approved
Lake Management: The RFQ is ready to go out to 4 vendors – We will be ready to file the application in January 2016.
Carp / Carp Gate: Application 15 is in the review process. The grant for docks and walkouts: we pay the vendor and get reimbursed by the grant.
Get a price for 2- 6x6 and 2- 4x6 so starter piece start on grass and go out - 6 – 10 feet depth. Get a price on the benches and a railing on all sides. Which wood? Get prices? We want some color samples. Where should it go? On sale until the end of November. Hank will check with EZ Docks. Margeurite will get info from Peir d’Nort
Fire Dept Community Board: Pending
Memorial Field and Fence: Backwards fence – Town wants to know what the PLPD Board wants to do, but it is the town property. The town needs to address the issue.
Walking path: More work being done this weekend. Lakeshore and Marshall. Saturday @ 10 am until 4 pm. Help needed.
Doggie Stations: Still working on getting more signs
Walk outs and rafts: 1pm pull out Sunday the 17th – Help needed
Neighborhood Watch Signs: Are being put up
Glass case: Events are posted and updated each month
New Board member: Any resumes? The deadline is the 16th of October.
Should we sit at the market and ask views on the lake?
