PLFD outboard motor: letter has been written to present to the Town Board of our intentions

We need to remove 2 boats from Interlaken and store in the boathouse see if Gerry can handle removing them
Downed trees: we have one estimate and we need 2 more estimates for the trees down around the lake on Park District property.
Beaches:
EZDock: Pending –Pat will try to get information so we can do a site visit.
Wedding: 5/17/17- request to Town Board – we will have a simple contract
Portasans for removal on the beach 9/30
Ballfield:
Remove boulders from BB court area
Cancel portasan same time as last year
10 loads of dirt has been delivered to BB field for leveling out the area

Electronic sign – pending with Town Supervisor
ID badges: we need badges made up
Press release: board member needed; volunteers needed on Comcast and in the local papers
