Grants: Town needs to pass a resolution to go ahead with the 2nd grant (equipment grant). We need to select a project, 1 large project. We will do docks and walkouts. Get new walkouts and floats for Warren Beach. Keep the good parts of the walkouts and the floats for Jackson Beach. Get quotes for aluminum; get prices from Pier d’noit and 2 others. Get fishing docks with railings. 12 x 6 feet
Fire House/PLPD community board: Mike to send requirements and sizes for approval to the county– then we need to get approval from the town. We will split the cost. We need a quote and a picture. What is the process to co-purchase the sign. It will display 4 lines of 15 characters across.
Parkland handyman – Gerry is done for the season.
2016 how should we do it. We need a landscaper for cutting the grass for 1 year trail. We need a handyman for as needed work. Lifeguards to start earlier and empty garbage and clean up the beach, check boat tags. We need a job description. Weed whack the boat areas. Paint park benches. 10-12 yrs per week.

Basketball court survey: needs to be completed
Tree price for the barrier at the basketball court – Pat will call Allstate for a quote and idea on placing.
Doggie Clean up stations/signs: – Hank will bring the price quotes to the town
Walkout prices to repair by handyman
911 address: – we need prices for signs to put on the chain link fences and the lifeguard chairs – Marguerite to get prices plus a life guard on duty sign with life guard name
Neighborhood Watch signs: they are being put up.
Glass case: – people are looking at it –we are getting the word out
Stipend for Softball coordinator: remains at agreed price of $750.00 for 2015
