Allied to send weed mapping – waiting for the DEC to approve
Gate will be decided after Carp approved then we approve Carp, we will work on the carp gate
PLPD signs will be put up soon – not specific date yet - Put signs up then we will see our next step with code enforcement
Boat house we have prices for the soffits – we need to decide who will do the job
Jackson beach rafts need to be pulled in off the water – Sat the 8th
Vines – clean up parklands – looking for volunteers if not we need to pay someone to it come spring
Need a date to do this and we need to decide what gets cut and what needs to stay.
Fence repairs – fix the fence at Jackson. We need to fix Hudson fence also. Some beaches need a lot of work, get a landscape architect to assess what needs to be done and then make a plan to start working each beach. The beaches are being used.
Walking path – we need a path and the town engineer to review what needs be to done
Ball field drainage – weeping willows need to come down and a new drainage field – sending the specs to have each person bid on the same specs
Basketball court – outfield put a basketball court – getting prices and ideas – still looking in to it. Hank to get an idea from Patterson Park
Baseball backstop needs to be replaced or repaired.
Benches – prices, types, different ideas – prices from $200 – $1000 and types composite and/or cement – ask people to donate a bench.
Float at parade for Fireman’s parade
Neighborhood watch meeting Monday Jan 12th
Website is open to any type of posting, weddings, births, tag sales etc...
Boat removals – need to be dumped at recycling center – ALL BOATS to be removed.
Hank will help drop off boats for people

Boat house stores – boats that are confiscated, life guard chairs, floats, lawn mower equipment, weed whacker, garbage bags, garbage pails, event ideas. Is it rentable?
