Gate will be decided after Carp approved then we approve Carp, we will work on the carp gate
PLPD signs will be put up soon – not specific date yet - Put signs up then we will see our next step with code enforcement
Boat house we have prices for the soffits – we need to decide who will do the job
Jackson beach rafts need to be pulled in off the water – Sat the 8th
Vines – clean up parklands – looking for volunteers if not we need to pay someone to it come spring
Need a date to do this and we need to decide what gets cut and what needs to stay.
Fence repairs – fix the fence at Jackson. We need to fix Hudson fence also. Some beaches need a lot of work, get a landscape architect to assess what needs to be done and then make a plan to start working each beach. The beaches are being used.
Walking path – we need a path and the town engineer to review what needs be to done
Ball field drainage – weeping willows need to come down and a new drainage field – sending the specs to have each person bid on the same specs
Basketball court – outfield put a basketball court – getting prices and ideas – still looking in to it. Hank to get an idea from Patterson Park
Baseball backstop needs to be replaced or repaired.
Benches – prices, types, different ideas – prices from $200 – $1000 and types composite and/or cement – ask people to donate a bench.

Boat removals – need to be dumped at recycling center – ALL BOATS to be removed.
