August 7th Work Session

Present: Hank Earle, Mike Ercole, Pat Ploeger, Marguerite Shortt, Tom Douglas,  and Rich Filipelli

 Maintenance Person-
       Discussion on adding another Maintenance person. David Colucci will be
       added to help in maintaining the beach areas,  doing weed wacking, painting
       Boat House, and other maintenance projects for a few hours each week.
          
 Lake Management-
       Addressing whether a 2nd application of Cutrine  Plus might be needed.
       What is water clarity? Before treatment clarity was less than 2 feet (.8 meters)
       With treatment an increase to 6 feet (2.7 meters.). Since July 14 treatment are
        we seeing decrease in clarity, and increase in the Cyanobacteria?
        Pat will call Allied Biological to inquire about possible 2nd application if
        needed.

       Parkland Signs-
       "No Parking" signs are needed - Tom Recommends 12. Hank will inquire as
       to specifics.

       Pat will follow up with a Town on accident and damaged fence at Fairfield Beach.

  Budget -
       Discussion on 2015 budget and on priorities on budget distribution.
       How can budget work? What are expenses? What are goals, what do we need?
       What will Lake Maintenance include, herbicide treatment, algaecide ?
          
       Pat and Tom will work on budget.
