Lake Management:
Algaecide treatments of Cultrine Plus on the lake by airboat on July 21st. Posted on the website, Posted on Town Sign at VFW, Posted on sign at Fire House. The life guards to be notified. Hank will send an email. We will post signs at the beach, boat launch, and the boat house.
Carp: once Dec approves, the town has the plans for the gate.
Grant: What are we going to use it for? We can’t buy anything and then get reimbursed for it. But we need to plan what the grant is going to be used for. DASNY wants a list of what we want to use the grant money for: We need to give Rich a list of all items. We need prices on each item. We need to brake down the walking path prices.
Fire Dept Community Board - Pending
Out of District memberships: Have to live in Patterson or Brewster – this is a trial year for 10 families. It will be voted on each year.
Doug Looney: Let him contact the town and let the town know what he wants to do
Doggie posts: We ordered more signs and they are here. They will be put up possibly Sunday the 19th of July. All dogs within the park district have to be picked up after.
Walking Path – We are in the process of how should we do it. Let’s pick a day in the fall – we need volunteers. Maybe we can get a girl/boy scout to work on a project.
Garbage Pails: Should arrive soon. Everything has been approved.
Beaches and Parklands:
We need a scope of work for the lifeguards. One in the chair for max one hour must scan the water. They must be in the chair when the first person comes on the beach. The life guard not in the chair: can check bracelets. No cell phones, if caught with a cell phone – you will be fired. Only ONE aluminum chair on the beach. Rotate guards each hour. Walk the beach. The log book needs to be completed each day. Wrist bands and signing in the book are mandatory. We need to train the lifeguards properly. Dr Pia – let’s set up a date.
Basketball courts: Survey $2000+, get it on the town board meeting.
Walkout and rafts – Tom got 2 quotes (stationary). Hank got quotes (floating) Let’s see if there is someone local to go see them.
911 signs: are in the process for the beaches and boat house
Neighborhood Signs: Ready to be put up.
Beach party – Warren Beach August 1 – adults only, DJ, drinks and food, dancing
Fishing tournament July 18th: 13 + older. Then later in the afternoon – the kids can fish for $5 each kid
Glass bulletin board case is always updated; check out the website.

Vandalism at Boat storage: We did have some trees and brush cleared up for better visability.
Speeding and vandalism are issues that we need help from the sheriff to enforce.
Land for donation – The Town wants it. We want it. We need to tell her to contact the town.
