Monday July 14th Allied Biological will be introducing Algaecides into the lake in an effort to reduce the risk of Blue/Green Algae with the plant die off and upcoming lake turn. We ask that there be NO Swimming and or Recreational use for 24-36 Hrs. (approx. 9 am Mon til 4 pm Tues)
Allied Biological has been doing Weed Map Survey and Permit applications with the D.E.C.
The Patterson Town Board & Putnam Lake Park District Board have been working with them to do all that is possible to help the quality of Putnam Lake.
